The Finale Foundation was formed after the death of Finale Jaeger, an 18-year-old who died from Fentanyl.

We carry her legacy by initiating public awareness regarding the immediate dangers of sudden death associated with illicit drugs, particularly Fentanyl and other emerging synthetic drugs.  We will do this through education and legislative advocacy.  We are creating a network of private, state, and national governmental organizations to provide knowledge, preventative tools, and proposed legislation to reduce the deaths resulting from this devastating drug epidemic confronting our society.
